The Element Manger window is not showing on my pages after page 11. When I go back to prior pages, I can access it. But not on pages 12 and 13.

Let's say I have a symmetrical object exactly centered on the screen at at 640, 400 (on an Android screen set for 1280 x 800) and I want to animate a random movement constrained ten pixels in each direction. What are the Left, Top, Right and Bottom coordinates that should be entered?,This is driving me crazy! :-)

Just updated 11/8, installed version now says Build 386 as of 10/9/2014 2:12pm. Am I really on the latest?

Anyhoo, having server sync errors, so I created a new test book. As soon as it was created it said "synching" and then threw the following error:

Is anyone on this forum having trouble syncing with the server when they interact with their app? My app DOES sync, but it takes a REALLY long time. 52 minutes this morning. Then there were a lot of problems with the app that didn't exist when I was using IB3. This incredibly long process makes it extremely tedious and difficult to work on my app in IB4.

Any ideas to streamline this process?

I'm developing apps for my algebra class to use.  I've started sharing with 2 people so that they can test them out and give feedback.  On the iPad, they download InteractPlayer, start it up and it prompts for the username/password.  

However, it is not accepting the username/password sent in the email they receive from InteractStudios.  How is this supposed to work now?  Thanks.

I am having some problems with using mp3 sound files.  I want to loop a sound to play continuesly without any gaps.  I start with a .wav file that has no gaps at the beginning and end so it plays smoothly when looping in audio softwar.  But when I convert it to mp3, the clip always has a gap at the beginning and the end, so it loops in interactbuilder with a pause!? This seems to be with all mp3 files.  I don't think this is an interactbuilder problem, as my recording software even shows the mp3 file with gaps, no matter how many times I edit it.  Any suggestions would be helpfull please!?

In come cases when I record word highlighting I cannot edit the starting point.  In the Start Highlighting dialog the starting point is after the ending point and a new starting point cannot be saved.  (see screen capture)

Not sure how to recreate it, but it either happens because I start tapping before the countdown has finished or after the last word has been spoken.  When this condition exists the words start wapping around to the beginning of the paragraph.

The work around is to delete the word highlighting and to recreate it from scratch.

When I copy and paste an animation onto the same page and go into interact mode I often receive an application error message and IB3 crashes.  So I can't copy the error message due to the crash. This happens when I have two or three copies of the same animation on the page, although I have given them unique element names.  This occurs intermittently. However when I restart IB3 and go into Interact mode, it seems to work ok. 

When I assign a Drag > Draw Free > line width 15 action to a graphic element, and use my Sony Vaio touch monitor to test it, the lines shoot off on their own accord away from my finger. So it doesn't accurately follow my finger when touching the monitor screen.  I would like this behavior to be more accurate as I want to use to facilitate tracing behavior.  See screenshot below.  If there is a better way to simulate tracing behavior, please advise.  Thanks.

What if I want to create a version of a classic tale (Grimm brothers, Perrault, or maybe even Aesop or Phaedrus)?

How does the copyright work? I suppose that if I am not using texts taken from published books and make my own, I won't face any copyright issue. Am I right?
