shared apps not accepting username/password

I'm developing apps for my algebra class to use.  I've started sharing with 2 people so that they can test them out and give feedback.  On the iPad, they download InteractPlayer, start it up and it prompts for the username/password.  

However, it is not accepting the username/password sent in the email they receive from InteractStudios.  How is this supposed to work now?  Thanks.

Hi Jen, make sure they are typing the username and password correctly.
Yes we have reviewed that closely.  Even retyping the password instead of pasting it in.
Could you share the app with this address: alin@interactstudios.com, or could you send an email, at alin@interactstudios.com, with a username/password from one of the share confirmation email so we can test it. Thank you for  your feedback.

Hello there, Any update on this as yet?  I really would like to share the apps with my students but it is not accepting the username/password.  It seems as though it only works for people who have been registered through InteractBuilder. Thanks.
