I've been away a short while. I see the site has been redesigned, and now I cannot log in. I'm a paid member, I'd like my access restored please.

sharing-ok to laptop- won't size down to iphone.  Is there a step I'm missing to be able to use the app on the iphone?

I suggest that the timing edit page (timing for hightlighting each word) should have a relative/absolute mode button. If it is absolute (default), just change the single timing element. If it is relative, then adjust all elements after by this word by the same amount as well. I have come across an example where I pause too long on one word and all of the words after then play too late and I would have to edit each word thereafter manually even though the timing is well done, just not in sync on one word early on.

About 6 weeks ago you displayed the egg hatching application in one of your webinars.  Where can I view this again.

I have an .mp3 file set to play on page load which it does fine in Interact mode, however it won't loop, even though I have it set to loop.  Not sure if it is a file size issue.  The audio clip is 1.1 MB, but its only about 20 secs long. I also tried setting the replay on the audio to 5 times and it still did not loop. Thanks for any suggestions to resolve this.  Also FYI, when I exited from Interact mode back to Design mode, I got this error message below:

I 'd wanted to know if you are still having the problem I had reported some months ago, about browser behaviour working only once when clicking on an object (the browser frame showed only the first time, after that, new clicks resulted in no behaviour at all)

I have my two apps ready adapted to the new version of the software and would like to publish them...

Are you currently submitting apps to Google Play and AppStore, don't you?

I am wondering how I should handle audio narration being interrupted by tappable element audio narration.  I'm going to use the highlighted text narration option  but wondering if I should make the tappable elements stop the main narration while the element that is tapped plays its short sound clip.  Is there a way to make the narrated highlighted main audio resume playing after being interrupted?  Thanks for any suggestions on how to best handle this.  Or perhaps I won't have narration on the tappable elements, maybe just make them have short sound effects to amuse the viewer?  Although it would be nice to have voiceover describing what the tappable element is… thanks for your thoughts.

When I try to duplicate a page with the page manager, and click Apply it throws an error message noted below. And the page isn't duplicated. Thanks for looking into this.

Hi,
Another question for you: I imported a RGB PSD file into my page. And then, when I add an animation element onto page (I dragged the png files of an arm waving onto the "Design" screen), the colors are not the same. Screen shot attached.

Actually the animation element (the arm) is more accurate color. Those are the colors I see when I work inside Photoshop. When I import the PSD the colors come in lighter.

I did use "TinyPNG" program to reduce file size.
The artwork for the animation elements was created from the same PSD artwork.

Any hints on getting the colors to match between my PSD imported elements and the PNGs (animation element)?? It looks odd to have a boy with two different skin tones! The darker skin tone is what I want.
