Exit the program and find the folder called "Sharing" under your InteractBuilder folder and delete it. Try again.
Backup from Ipad
Hello.
Something happened in my computer and some important files (ipicturebook_user.rdb) have been deleted. So, my question is:
It´s possible to have the project that i already have in Ipad app? All the files..back to my me?

We can actually pull your file from the cloud. Let us know the app name that you need and we can email you a link to the file. Also let us know the builder account (email address) that you used when you shared the app.
adding intersection err
adding a 5th intersection for Counter Display this pops up and won't let me go further.

This is in fact a bug. The CounterDisplay behavior cannot be selected when setting up an intersection (has nothing to do with the number of intersections defined).
repeated animation on page throwing err msg
while running in Interact mode, after the animations had already run properly the first time, the following message appeared upon activating animations again. ALSO the blank (background) rectangle is showing in the center of the pages same as Ranco.

Login "My books" ipad

I am trying to enter in "My books", in ipad app, but the username or the passoword do not match. I am using my username and passoword from my membership "InteractBuilder"Best regards
When you share the app an email is sent out to the person you are sharing with which contains the login credentials to use on the Player. Please check your email and follow the directions in the email.

In certain cases Sharing fails if pages were deleted. This will be fixed in the next update which should be available in the next couple of days.
animation limitations
Obviously the processor and memory that you have will often determine limitations. 2 spins and an animation doesn't seem like that much. I know we are still doing a lot of optimizations to the player engine.
sharing on ipad using interactplayer
Im having trouble opening the Interactplayer on my ipad (not the latest). It downloads, but it does not ask for email and password. I downloaded to my iphone and it appears in app folder there, but of course I can't see it well. Today, I downloaded the app on my husbands newer ipad3 and it does open the player (asking for email and password), but when I shared the revised app it does not open the newer app, it opens the old version. When I open the app in IB3 the corrections are there. This is driving me bananas…..Help!?
Also, what are the devices and shares? More concerned with devices. I know now to manipulate the shares. I have set up (3) email accounts to clients. But I wanted to do a test run and Im having trouble loading the newer version of the app. Not wanting to give to client this way.
Did I not turn on something?

The way you can share your apps with other people without submitting to the app store is by sharing. You can share using either remain addresses or you can also share using the same email address on different devices.
By default you are limited to three devices for each share that you have. More shares and/or devices are available for $1 each. I am not sure why when you open the app it opens the old app, we are working on a new version of the Player that should be available towards the end of the month, this hopefully will fix the issue.
For now, in the InteractPlayer hold your finger down on the app and delete it from the bookshelf. Then go to My Apps again and try downloading your app again.
When are you going to release the next update?
Can you advise how soon you plan to update the next release? My actions aren't saving reliably so I'm going to have to stop building my app until this gets resolved... Thanks.
We are working on version 3.3 now which we expect to release in the next week or two. We have no totally been able to recreate the problems you have been running into. If necessary we will see if we can release an emergency fix.
swap
Hi Melissa, this is how Swap behavior works.As target of the Swap behavior you select Self, and for the Swap Target you should specifiy the Next element which will be tapped.
Or you can select for the Target to be the element with which you want to swap the element that has the swap behavior, and for Swap Target select Self. I've attached an example on how to do this.100 - swap.zip
On the example that I've attached to this reply you have to tap the Triangle and this element will Swap with the Square element. As you can see the Triangle has Tap-Swap with Target being element1(which is the Square) and the Swap Target is element2(which is the Triangle).
