Can I go back to frame 1 of an animation?

I'd like a frame animation to reset itself after user clicks and runs it. Is this possible?

At this time you would have to add another frame to the end of your animation which would be the same as the first frame.

counter disappears

Since clearing the cache to fix my book odd things are happening - actions on a text button on page 1 got transferred to an new text element on a new page created after the restore.

Just now my global text counter on page 1 vanished. Not only do I have to recreate it, but I have to update all elements on all pages that use it, because the app removed it's name in all their actions. That's over 2 dozen elements to restore.

Add Reorder Page option

It would be nice to be able to reorder pages by just dragging them into the order you'd like via the drop down button on the top right of the UI. (Of course one would manually have to change their button actions to ensure they go to the right page, unless you could also make the program smart enough to automatically update the action sets to call the new page after it was shuffled.)

Add multiple pages at once

Is there any way to add more than one page at a time? I have a 60 page book to build. It takes 6 clicks to add one page. WOW is that annoying.

Not sure what you are clicking but it's actually 4 clicks and most users would not add 60 pages at once, you would add a page, work on it and then add another page.

Two elements linked so they will move together

I would like to know if there is a way, when two moving object intersect (collide), to have a png blink or fade in to act as an explosion. I can't figure it out because the png would have to be linked/locked and moving along with one of the elements in order to be triggered at the right place. Is there a way to lock two (or more) elements so they move together at all times (one of them would be hidden)?

Set counter not working in v4

After a lot of struggling, I have been unable to get my app to work in v4, so I am rebuilding it from scratch. The working intersections I had in v3 do not seem to be working in v4.

I have an object, when drug to certain locations on the screen, an image should appear and the counter should be set.  The images appear as they should, but the counter value never changes.  I know the intersection of the two objects is ok, because it can trigger the image to appear, but the same intersection combination does not seem to be able to trigger the counter value to change.

Also, I think this page of my app must be having trouble because when I try to "interact" just for that page, it will not load in interactplayer.com.  I must "interact" the whole app from the beginning, and then I am able to preview that page.

cannot log in to new interact player

I have updated to the new ipad player and it will not except my password. Why do you need a password for a player?

It's important to have a password because you may share an app with someone that you don't want anyone else to access.  By having a password you can securely and safely share your apps with anyone you want.   I saw in the other ticket that you found your password.  In the future all you need to do is look at the email that was sent when you shared the app, it contains the password.

deleting a page

Somehow I had all the elements from page 4 page jump onto to page 5. I created page 5 first as a test, and then I went back and added 1 through 4, it's possible I wasn't paying attention to the page names. I'd just add a page and press ok to the default name the program suggested.


So I deleted all of the page 5 elements off of the page and left the page 4 elements. When I tried to delete page 4, I get this error:

Stop Narration

I have a button that plays narration and starts the highlighting text.  I have a second button that shows when the narration is playing that I am using to "Stop Narration" but, when tapped, the narration continues to play.  (Build 343).
