We are testing the fix and a new update 4.0.2 should be released later today. This update fixes a few other issues as well.
Gabrielle, I would recommend that you log out of the InteractBuilder and Login again. To log out of the InteractBuilder follow the directions here:
1. Go to the Manage Screen (the one with the bookcase)
2. Tap the icon of the person on the upper right hand corner of the screen
3. Choose the option "Login as someone else"
4. Login using the same credentials you are using to access the InteractPlayer site
5. Create a quick test app and click Interact
Let us know your results.

This should be fixed now, please let us know fi you still need to clear your cache each time.
Clint, we have made some progress on being able to run the apps locally as opposed to loading them to the InteractPlayer site each time. We believe that within the next few weeks we will be able to implement this solution for premium members such as yourself. So when you go to Interact we will give you the choice of running the engine locally without uploading everything to the server. I would expect this functionality to arrive in version 4.1.
Sharing works only in version 4.0. You can share by visiting:
www.interactplayer.com
Log into the site using the credentials you used to sign up to the InteractBuilder site. Once you are logged in you can see the list of apps that you have created and you can share your app from there.
