Would be glad to send you a refund. We were not aware that it has not been working at all, we thought it was only certain instances. Do you have a paypal account that we can refund your money to?

There are actually two ways  you can publish your apps on your own, but the first step is for us to send you a zip file that has your app ready to publish.

The two ways we recommend to publish is compiling your app with:

We have found that with Phonegap you need to use a couple of plugins to resolve some issues, which I believe requires a paid account.  Cocoon seems to do a very good job but make sure you select Webview+ when you compile your project. It is completely free and they have various platforms that you can compile your project to.  We will add some documentation on the steps to follow when compiling your app to Cocoon.  It's really quite easy to use Cocoon and it's very fast.
Please zip up your app folders and send us a download link via a private ticket on this web site.  We will check and see what's going on.
Eleisha, the steps to publish are as follows:

Step 1.
Submit your app for publishing - you have done this (multiple times, only one time is necessary)

Step 2
We assemble the app and get it ready for compiling (this can take up to 3 to 5 working days)

Step 3 (Only applies if you are using your own developer account)
We will send you back a zip file that you will load into another site to compile the apps for the app stores.  The product we use to compile apps is called: Cocoon JS.  You can sign up and start getting ready to upload the zip file we will be sending you.

Step 4 (Only applies if you are using your own developer account)
Submit the compiled app that you receive in step 3 to the app stores under your accounts

Here is a link on how Cocoon works:

The two steps above are only necessary when you use your own developer account.
