I encountered this same situation when trying to share.  I made this observation.  When I opened InteractBuilder and moved throughout the pages and went between design and interact mode, if I went immediately to "share" I had problems and got these same messages.

So I have taken the following precaution.  When I want to "share" I quit IB completely.  Then I restart IB, pick my project and go immediately to "share" without doing any design or interact.  Then I do not have any problems sharing and receive no error messages.

I have been working with IP on my iphone 4s all morning. 

First I deleted the IP app from my iPhone 4s.  The I reinstalled the app from the App Store.  I even went through the process of sharing my app again today.  When I got the notice that my app was ready to share I tried to download it to IP on my iPhone 4s.

At first, the download just barely started loading and did not progress on the loading meter.

So I went back and made sure all my other apps were closed on my iPhone 4s.  (Double Click the enter button and swipe upward all the apps showing on the screen to close them).

After I was sure all my apps were closed, I tried to download my app again.  This time it took just a few seconds to download up to Pg.5.  Then the download stalled again and has not progressed after a long time.

I am thinking that this download is requiring too many resources of my iPhone 4s and will not completely load.  My app is only 20 pages and less than 100 MB of image data.
