How do we identify if "Tilt" interaction is left or right? Based on the direction of the tilt I want to move my object.

There is no way at this moment to make a differention between Tilt Left and Tilt Right. Your object will move left if the device is tilt to the left and it will move to the right if the device is tilt to the right.
