Richard, you are best off to wait for the new Player engine which is based on Javascript/HTML5.  We are a few weeks away from release.
Adeel we are delayed by probably 2 more weeks, we are in the process of testing but have found some issues that are preventing us from immediate release.  More information to follow soon.

Absolutely, you have our full permission to include any screenshots that you need.
You can just point to your Dropbox folder on your local drive usually under your documents folder. It is exactly the same as using the DropBox connection.  The usual reason why the Dropbox is grayed out is if for some reason the InteractBuilder is not recognizing your default DropBox folder.
We are not qualified to answer any questions about legal matters, it is best to consult with an attorney.  There are also plenty of resources on the internet that discuss copyright law.   Our role is to provide a software application that allows anyone to create interactive apps.  The user is responsible to ensure that they are not violating any copyright or other laws.
The "SaveText" does exactly that.  It saves the text permanently to the database.  The next time the app runs it will show the new value that was saved.
Hmm, I haven't encountered that before, and it appeared in a test that I tried just now. I wonder if it has to do with any specific elements on the page. I have a few questions to see if I can reproduce the problem:

- Are you in Design mode when you try to open the element manager?
- Which button do you use to access the element manager -- the icon at the bottom of the window, to the right of "Add Element," or the icon in the bottom center of the page menu?
- Are there any elements on those pages that may be blocking the element manager?
- What types of elements are on those pages?
Inna, that's a really good catch.  Element names should not contain any special characters. That is more than likely the whole issue.
