Currently, if an element has been moved in the builder, then when the same Photoshop file is imported again, that element gets the new position that it has been assigned in the builder. Is your suggestion that an element that has been moved in Photoshop should have the new Photoshop position?

The argument can be made in either way, there really isn't a right or wrong way to handle this.  Some people would get upset if they moved things in the builder and their photoshop import overwrote these changes, and vice versa.  For now we will stick with the current implementation.

Clint this may point to a conflict between the user you registered the Builder with and the user you registered the Player with. Can you share the app with both email addresses that you have registered (one is a GMAIL account the other is your STUDIO account).  See if the app shows up.  I suspect the Player is logging in under your STUDIO account, this will help us determine that.

Another possibility Clint is that you are logged into the InteractPlayer on a different email account than the one you are sharing with.  You can uninstall the InteractPlayer and reinstall it which should then prompt you to log into the InteractPlayer again.  Typically if you don't see any apps listed it is because it is signed into a different account that the one you shared your apps with.

Are you trying to log into the InteractBuilder software or to the InteractBuilder web site?   (I know it's confusing).

Are you going through and sharing the app each time?  You have to share the app in order to see any changes. Even when testing on the same machine.

Currently we don't have any additional sample apps. We will add some more in the future.  In the meantime you can visit our YouTube channel to see more tutorials.  We will be adding more videos in the next few weeks.

Melissa, you can easily access the user guide from a web browser.  Visit this page (our feedback page ) and at the top right under the links you will see "User Guide".  You can keep a web browser open at all times so you can quickly see the user guide.

Try importing a simple PSD file and see if you get the same error.  Make sure to follow the recommendations for importing a PSD found in the documentation:
