Can I make a loading screen?

I can see on the Bill The Fish app that there is a loading screen when it starts, but haven't been able to find in the manual how to make a loading screen of my own. Are there any instructions somewhere?

Hi, sorry for the delay! At this point the custom loading screen feature is not available. I'm checking to see whether it is planned to be added back.
