deleting a page, adding a new one and importing psd file

I've deleted a page in the middle of a book, then added a new page in the same location. When I try to upload a psd file, I got an error message telling me to restart the software. I am still unable to load the psd file at all.
Here's the error code:
Thanks!

Solution
I am no longer able to upload psd files to new pages even after closing the program and re-opening. Any tips?
Thanks!
