Copy pages?

When I tried to duplicate a page, the duplicate option was not selectable, is this only available to the bought version?

From what I know this action is not a premium one.Here are the stepts to make a duplicate of a page:

although after one click the page looks like it's selected, I have to double click before the duplicate button is selectable!  Thanks for your help
