Basic Element Condition (SOUND)

Hi. Is it possible to add a Basic Element Condition that would work with SOUND : {Sound} Is On  and {Sound} is Stop. We have it for ELEMENT and TEXT in different situation. I use the ELEMENT to start any kind of action instead of calculating delays before and all.

This would be extremely difficult for us to do Serge (at least at this time). You could put a timer on the page and use the Timer conditions to determine if the action set should run.  There might be another way to handle this, I will give it some more thought.
