I get this error when I try to update my interact builder,I have attached a picture.

Uninstall Interactbuilder 3 and then go download the latest version from the web site:

Were you able to update the next time you opened IB3? Or this error persist?

Yes it does persist I even tried reinstalling the software and that even gets to this point then crashes.

I'm running it in windows 8, older versions interact builder worked fine.

We are looking into this problem and we will let you know as soon as we found the problem.

I just ran into this as well, I'm running windows 7 pro

I did uninstall and reinstall, several times to no avail. However, over the weekend it allowed the update.
