Submenus don't show after a few minutes of navigating the app

Paola Amador vor 11 Jahren aktualisiert von Alin Alexandru Matei vor 11 Jahren 4
After a few minutes of navigating the app (in progress), the menus appear when I tap on an element but when I tap on a specific category or submenu (any submenu like element name, if visible....) nothing shows up. I am using the ipad. Any idea on how to fix this without having to leave the app, close it, open it again just to have it working for a short period and then presenting the same problem again?

Try to delete InteractPlayer from your iPad then reinstall it. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi. I deleted both Interactbuilder and Interactplayer. I downloaded them again but I keep having the same problem. The only submenu that works is 'submit feedback'. Everything works fine at the beginning but in a few minutes it starts showing problems. Also, when I add frames to an animation, it doesn't properly show the frames 4,5...blocks part of the view of the frames-drop down menu.
Is this happen on a particular app or on all of them?
Hi again. I am using IB on a desktop now (just installed IB). I was re-starting to build the app to see if everything worked fine but after adding one image and a frame animation, it gave me the same problem as in the ipad. The submenus don´t work. I tried checking all the submenus and there are only a few that work like `match text´ and `element name´, but most of them don´t work. I click on them and nothing shows up. The app size is 2.49 MB and cache size 1.9. I can´t clear the cache because it doesn´t let me. If I return to the Manage or the Projects screen and then go back to the app, the problem continues. It only works fine again (for a short while) when I close IB and open it again.
I got out of the app and opened a new one to try different images and animations, just in case that was the problem. I didn´t close IB and the problem persists.
I closed IB and opened it again. I created a new app with different images. I added one animation with ten frames. Then I added another animation with more frames. I was able to add the frames from my computer to the second animation, but then I tried adding the images that I had already imported for the first animation and it only shows me 5 of them. I deleted the first animation (which shouldn´t affect the images I had previously imported right?), and tried again to add these frames (add images from app) to the second animation but it still shows me only 5 of the frames instead of 10. When I add them again from my computer, the name assigned to them is the same but with an additional 2, which I understand means that the images are already saved in the app. Now some of the submenus work and others don´t. Compared to before, more submenus work but not enough to keep building the app. The cache size is 6.5 and the app size 7.5. It doesn´t let me clear the cache (the submenu doesn´t open).
I don´t know if this relates, but I forgot to mention this before: When using the ipad earlier, I tried a path transition (for a graphic element). It worked fine, then I added two more elements with linear transition underneath the first one (the layers are fine). The last two worked but the first one stopped working in Interact mode.
By the way, scale doesn´t work for animations? only for graphics? And, is it possible to resize animations inside IB (I haven´t found a way to do it)?
thanks for all your help,
Paola

Could you send this sample app to alin@interactstudios.com so I can take a look at it. Thank you for your feedback.
