What is My APP upgrade?

So I opened the app, and this is what I saw for an upgrade. The notes are some kind of generic template text. I think I'll click "Remind me later"

Hi Sean, did this happen when you open InteractBuilder again? (It sounds like a rare instance that you can ignore, it shouldn't mean anything, but we'll look into preventing it.)

Nope, just the one time, I did click "remind", but no more prompts. BTW I am going to move my dev to a new machine, suspect this one has issues - it's running an old version of Java.
