For what it's worth, I fixed the problem.  I went to Control Panel -> Display -> Screen Resolution and clicked on the link to "Make text or other items larger or smaller."  Under "Change the size of all items" I drug the slider all the way to "Smaller."

Yes, I did that, but it's not displaying correctly.

The trick was that I needed to go to "behavior options" and select "execute on page load" -> yes.
