We will like you to wait a little bit and test it with the new version of InteractPlayer that will come later this week.
Well you can easily make the app with one language then duplicate the app and change the audio behaviors target. But only if you have a big amount of audio files and you want to keep you app as small as you can.
Hi Charmaine, I think the best way to do this is to have all the text and voice into the same app and allow the user to select their language preference. Here is a quick tutorial on how you can do this using InteractBuilder:

Eleisha, InteractBuilder should rescale the app automatically for iPhone,but you can try a second method to check your app on iPhone: open InteractBuilder hold right click on your app, duplicate your app. Then open your duplicated copy, and in the app properties you can change the resolution of the app to match the iPhone's resolution. Final step share the duplicated app with your iPhone.
