Hi Charmaine, I've tested the loop effect with an mp3 also on page load and it's working great. Could you attach that mp3 file to this post or send it over alin@interactstudios.com to see if it's something wrong with it?

We are looking into this issue.

The background problem will be fixed in the future release. To fix the white background go to the Page Properties and tap Background Style and reselect Solid Color.
