Before restoring them, resend the app to alin@interactstudios.com so I can take a look at it. I cleared a cache for an app that was using notes, text and counter elements but nothing was deleted. So maybe is something else wrong here. Thank you for your feedback.

Hi Charmaine, for this situation you need a global counter on the first page of your app. Tapping the Read me On will make this Counter Value 1 ( by using a CounterSet behavior) and  tapping the Read me Off will make this Counter Value to 0 (by using a CounterSet behavior).
For every narration file that you have, on it's PlayAudio behavior you will need to set a condition: If the App counter <You global counter name> Value is 1.

What version and build on Interact Builder are you using? Also could you add an image with the behavior of the element that supposed to make the text element show? Thank you for your feedback.

The image will be saved in the default image folder of your iPad.

You can achieve this by using the browser behavior. So for example if you have an app icon and you want the people to see that app in the store, you will need a web element.
To that app you add a BrowseOpen behavior with target being that web element and in the link/address filed you will need to paste the URL to that app.
