Does this happen on every page you try to duplicate or only this particular page?

This will be fixed in version 3.4 however, if you want the item that they are dragging to move, it's not really possible because the MOVE/DRAG is essentially conflicting with the MOVE at the intersection.  I would use the DuplicateElement behavior to create a second copy of the element when the intersection occurs.  So you would duplicate the element and hide the original element.  That should be one way to handle it.

We are addressing the sharing issue of large apps with the upcoming version 3.4 update along with addressing the Page Turn Effects in the InteractPlayer.

3.4 should be released the week of Decmeber 16th, lot of fixes and optimizations. We will include this bug fix.

Please have your client delete the InteractPlayer and download the latest version. Our guess is that they are running an older version. It could also be a memory issue so make sure to instruct them on how to close running apps.
